It depends on your specific needs. Since the accounting books kept by a CPA firm is usually only used for the purpose of filing taxes, not internal management purpose, they probably can’t provide the level of detail or specific format if you require. Usually, you need a person with some accounting sense/knowledge to serve as a cashier and also the contact window to the CPA firm.
