Taiwanese zoning laws specifies which apartments can be used for registering a business. If possible, check with your landlord before moving in. Sometimes certain floors or even specific apartments are zoned differently. If your apartment cannot be used for REGISTERING a business, you could attempt to have your apartment re-zoned but that it is a lot of hassle and often the landlord will not agree due to tax issues. An easier solution would be to contact a Virtual Office provider like Enspyre (www.enspyre.com) or your accountant who can suggest rental agreements to satisfy your requirements. |
